Well done to Leona Maguire, from the class of 2014, on becoming the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Women’s Golf Individual Champion in the US last weekend. Leona is currently the number one ranked women’s collegiate golfer in the US. Leona and Lisa were offered golfing scholarships in Duke University, North Carolina, after receiving top marks in their Leaving Certificate last year. We wish the girls continued sporting and academic success.
